When can I move in?

If a unit that fits your storage needs is available, you can move in as early as today by renting online or contacting our office during regular business hours

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

All leases are on a month-to-month basis; however, a minimum of 10 days’ notice is required prior to move-out

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require an identification number from a government-issued photo ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport) to help identify you if you need our assistance.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No long-term leases, we rent on a month-to-month basis.

How do I make a payment?

You can sign-up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card monthly, make a payment through our website, or mail a check or money order. For in-person payments, please contact the office to make an appointment.

When are payments due?

Your move-in month’s rent is pro-rated and future payments are due the first of each month. Move-out rent is not pro-rated; if you are in your unit on the first of the month, you pay the entire month’s rent.

What forms of payment do you accept?

VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Checks, Money Orders, and cash.

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

No, but we do sell locks in our office. Please call ahead to make an appointment.

What are the access hours?

Current tenants have 24-hour access. Please note that the units are not equipped electric; if you plan to access your unit after dark, we recommend bringing battery-powered lighting.

Are there any restrooms at the site?

There are no restrooms available on-site.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?

Check-out the Size Guide on our website or call our staff for assistance.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

The storage of motorized vehicles of any kind, liquids, explosives, flammable substances, toxic materials, and perishable items is strictly prohibited. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us for clarification

Can I park a vehicle overnight?

Overnight parking of any vehicle, trailer, moving truck, etc. is not permitted at the facility.

Can a shipping container be dropped off?

Shippong containers cannot be delivered or dropped-off at the facility.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

No. At the time of signing, you will be given your own security passcode that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.

Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

No, you will need to bring your own handcart or dollie.

Do you require insurance?

Yes, we have partnered with Bader Insurance www.BADERco.com to offer various coverage options when you rent a unit. You also may be able to get coverage through your homeowners or renters policy; if you choose this option, please contact your insurance carrier to ensure you have coverage.

Do you accept reservations?

No, but if we have no units available you can join a waitlist by sending us a message through our contact us page or give us a call.

Do I need to supply my own lock?

Yes, you need to supply your own Disc lock (see an example of one on the booking page). We do sell locks in our office. Please call ahead to make an appointment.

Is there space to maneuver a trailer or large moving truck?

While the facility includes areas to accommodate larger vehicles, accessibility may vary based on vehicle size and driver experience. We recommend visiting the property in advance to evaluate access before bringing in large vehicles.

Where can I put my trash?

There are no trash receptacles available on-site. We kindly ask that all trash and debris be removed from the property
